Mezzosoprano Bella Adamova in a premiere recital full of women's musical stories

While Eve enjoys the beauty of the Garden of Eden, women on Earth suffer the consequences of the fall. Bella Adamova and Malte Schäfer show the consequences of this curse through both a dramatic and comedic lens in this premiere song recital. After all, Eve's successor lives in every woman.

Bella Adamova is undoubtedly a voice that appears once in a hundred years. Critics describe her as a "charming kaleidoscope of vocal possibilities," and BBC Music Magazine included her among their rising stars. Adamova excels in the song repertoire, which she interprets with deep insight and an original dramaturgical approach.

In Děčín, she will present a program that breaks away from classical song recitals. Alongside Fauré's La chanson d'Éve, it will feature songs by Wolf, Britten, Rachmaninoff, Schumann, and others. Each of the selected songs symbolizes a different woman's story. Together, they create an exceptionally compelling concert mosaic.
